Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than August 15, 2025. Notwithstanding the Provisions for Liquidated Damages, Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Date Will Be Charged at the Rate of Twenty Five ($25.00) Dollars Per Kilometer Per Calendar Day on the Balance of Roads Which Have Not Been Treated With Dust Control Chemical at the Regional Application Rate.
