Reference Number 0000293540 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/23 02:00:00 PM CDT The department of Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures require a Service Provider who is licenced in the Province of Manitoba to do maintenance/repair of Jet A aviation bulk tanks c/w pumps, gasoline tanks c/w pumps and other repairs/maintenance as may be required by Wildfire Services. Manitoba Wildfire Service requires a vendor to provide emergency repairs and regular/routine maintenance on various aviation fuel tanks and regular gasoline tanks. Services, Maintenance, and repairs Some Equipment for Maintenance and repair include but not limited to: Electric pumps, Hose reels, Electrical switches, and Other mechanical and electrical components on the various tanks. Proponents will be required to carry out below but not limited to: Repairs to the transfer systems and tanks when required. Servicing of the tanks changing filters and ensuring the pumps are in good mechanical condition. application for petroleum permits on behalf of the Manitoba Wildfire Service to Manitoba Environment. commissioning new tank installs on behalf of Manitoba Wildfire Service. Collection and submission of Jet A1 sample for testing and shipment to the Montreal lab for annual certification and Other activities as may be assigned by Manitoba Wildfire Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
