The Government has a requirement to procure Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Facility Management services for over 40+ Department of State (DOS) building and facilities around the United States. The Government is looking for several companies with a strong understanding and adequate pool of resources to provide support to the DOS. The following requirements have been identified but not limited to by the Facility Management Services (FMS) Division as essential tasks within the new contract: Electrical Systems Mechanical System, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Plumbing Building Automation Systems Power Monitoring Systems (PMS) Thermography Analysis Vibration Analysis Conveyance Systems Sanitary Sewer Systems Custodial and Janitorial Services Kitchen Systems and Equipment Fuel Receiving, Storage and Distribution Thermal and Moisture Protection Grounds Maintenance Integrated Pest Management Event Support, set up break down Snow, Ice Removal and Control Streets and Walks (Curbs, Gutters, and Paving) Building Trades Technical Services, On-Site Support and Escort Services Provision of personnel Environmental Health and Safety Preventive Maintenance and System Repairs Assessment, Commissioning & other Technical Support Contractor Furnished Equipment, Spare Parts, and Materials Government Furnished Equipment Recreational Facilities, Gyms, Pool Maintenance, Cable and Satellite TV Repair Physical Security Maintenance Labor, lock & key Lock-out Services Labor, lock & key Repair service for Commercial Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Firing Range All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and must be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer email addresses listed below.
