PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is requesting quotes for trail maintenance, specifically for crack sealing on the Lake Wobegon Regional Trail, from qualified contractors. Here in, the contractor is referred to as Contractor. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor and equipment to perform this Project. COMPLETION TIME: September 30, 2025 Question Deadline: Thu May 29, 2025 11:00:00 AM (CDT) Questions related to this Quote are to be submitted to the Procurement representative through the Bidding System. All inquiries, or clarifications must be submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days prior Those inquiries, questions, or clarifications submitted after this date will generally not be answered. AWARD: Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive informalities, award the contract in whole or in part, and award to the Vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest.
