Reference number: 20071096 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-29 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 Through this call for tenders, the City of Sept-Iles in collaboration with the MRC de Sept-Rivieres is requesting bids for winter maintenance, namely snow removal and de-icing of the Lac-Daigle Road and the one around Lake Daigle. This contract will be awarded under one of the following options: - Option A one year term (winter 2025-2026); - Option B duration of three years (winters 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028); - Option C duree de cinq ans (hivers 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 et 2029-2030). For the purposes of this call for tenders, the term "City" refers to the City of Sept-Iles for the portion of the road located on its territory. For the purposes of this call for tenders, "MRC" refers to the Sept-Rivieres MRC for the portion of the road within the boundaries of the unorganized territory (NWT). 1.2 Location of work The work will take place on the Lac-Daigle road, from the Holliday Street drainage canal (near the old bowling alley) to Lake Daigle, including around the lake. 3.1 Description of the contract The successful tenderer shall carry out, in accordance with this call for tenders, winter maintenance of the Lac-Daigle Road including the one surrounding Lake Daigle and a parking lot, all as presented on the bid slip and described in these clauses.
