Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Zion, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Work will consist of asphalt pavement removal and asphalt paving at Fawn Court and the Goodwin Park parking lot in the Village of Mt. Zion. An accompanying bid bond shall be equal to 10% of the total bid price. This may be in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen, mechanics performing work un-der this contract, and shall com-ply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Owner reserves the right to re-ject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and minor irregu-larities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole. The Village reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids, reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous. The Village of Mt.
