Renovation of a parking garage in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Work generally consists of improvements and upgrades to the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) Parking Ramp. Early Start Date: August 1, 2025 Final Completion: October 31, 2025 Bid security, as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code, in the amount of FIVE percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price. The City Council of the City of Cedar Rapids reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to enter such contracts as it deems in the best interest of the City.
