Renovation of an educational facility in Ligonier, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work will consist of furnishing and installing all labor, materials, and equipment to construct the LVSD Exercise Room. Proposals will be received for the following Prime Contracts: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction. Successful bidders will be required to enter a contract with Ligonier Valley School District requiring a Labor and Material Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond and Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or in violation of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and applicable federal laws, against or intimidate any of its employees. All materials used on the project shall meet the Buy America Act and the Pennsylvania Steel Procurement Act. Questions received after this time will not be addressed nor will an Addendum be issued. The Ligonier Valley School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or items therein, or to waive any irregularities in the same.
