A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Design-Build Bridge Replacement Project over Bromolow Creek Tributary along Ingram Road This is a Design-Build Bridge Replacement project/contract consists of a bridge replacement over Bromolow Creek Tributary along Ingram Road. The 0.227 miles project consists of a bridge replacement to be constructed within the existing right of way, matching as closely as practical to the existing profile of Ingram Road. The new bridge shall accommodate two 12 ft travel lanes, one in each direction, 8 ft-6 in shoulder including a 6 ft-6 in sidewalk on both sides of the bridge and approach slabs. Successful vendors will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. Insurance and Bonding Company should be licensed to do business by the Georgia Secretary of State, authorized to do business in Georgia by The Georgia Insurance Department, listed in the Department of Treasury's Publication of Companies holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Surety on Federal Bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies. The bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond must have an A.M. Best rating of A-8 or higher.
