Site work and paving for a civil project in Centennial, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Work generally consists of rehabilitating approximately 5,462-linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer via cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). Existing pipe materials include vitrified clay pipe (VCP), concrete pipe, and small segments of PVC. This work will require continuous sewer bypass, and is generally located in small residential streets and partially in public parks. The Work also consists of one (1) brick manhole abandonment and approximately 290-linear feet of 10-inch VCP sewer abandonment, with CLSM. Abandonment Work will take place within busy roads requiring traffic control. The work will also consist of rehabilitating twelve (12) sanitary sewer manholes, removal of existing stairs, cleaning, and removal of latent material, 162-vertical feet of topcoat lining, stopping active water infiltration, structural rehabilitation via cementitious build back, and raising and reshaping of the inverts. Three (3) of the manholes to be rehabilitated are located in busy streets and nine (9) are located in public parks. The Work will take place throughout the District's service area, within the City of Centennial and Greenwood Village. All permitting, traffic control, cleaning, protection of the sewers, excavating, asphalt and concrete removal and replacement, CCTV, CIPP lining, sanitary service reactivation, manhole top removal and cone reset, bypass pumping, infiltration stopping, bench build back, cementitious build back, top coating, material and coating testing, surface restoration, site restoration, and abandonments, shall be performed by the Contractor as part of this Work. The Work is expected to be performed in live flow with the requirement of extensive and continuous bypass pumping. All sanitary sewer flows shall be verified by the Contractor prior to installing and operating the temporary bypass pumping at each location. A Bid Bond or certified check payable to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds required by law for public works projects and provide satisfactory evidence of insurance coverage required by the Contract.
