Core services will include daily and intermittent specialized cleaning and building system support provided by certified and trained staff. Services are grounded in sustainability, with eco-friendly products, recycling initiatives, and resource-efficient procedures. Vendors will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and staff training, while providing responsive, open communication with the Library District. Flexibility to adjust services and provide additional support ensures evolving facility needs are consistently met. Site Walks: The option for escorted tours of select Library District locations will be offered to Vendors at the schedule outlined below. Library locations may be visited as a patron during any public hours. Only public facing spaces will be available. RFP questions are not to be directed to Library District staff. See section: 6.4 Clarifying Questions and Communication NO questions will be accepted during the site walks to minimize the disruption onsite. All questions MUST be submitted in writing prior to the question deadline per 6.1 Schedule of Activities.
