DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project includes installation of 381 lineal feet of 4-inch C900 PVC DR-14 waterline, a 2-inch blowoff, a gate valve, reconnection of existing copper service lines, and street restoration. BID SECURITY: Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified cashier's check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to Willows Water District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The Successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount not less than 100% of the contract price. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION All questions relative to this project prior to the bid submittal deadline shall be directed to the ENGINEER for the project, and all questions shall be written and transmitted via email.
