Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Kingfisher County will receive sealed bids for the 6 Month Bid list for Road and Bridge Materials and Commercial Roadway work for all Districts of Kingfisher County. Beginning July 1st, 2025, during a period terminating on January 1st, 2026. All materials must meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Specifications for Highway Construction, 2009 Edition, and its supplements, as approved by the Department of Transportation. The successful bidders are required to be capable of producing a $5,000 Performance Bond upon request and successful contractors are required to show a Certificate of Insurance, its limits and Workers Compensation. All Bids Are to Be Submitted on Bid Sheets Provided. Please Bid Only on Items Requested. Please Do Not Repeat, Make Substitutions, Additions, Deletions, or Write Additional Information on Bid Sheets Unless It Asks for Plant Location or F.o.b. Point. If You Do, This Will Cause Those Items Not to Be Considered for Our 6 Month List. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bidders must complete a statement of non-collusion / competitive bid affidavit. Please contact Kingfisher County Clerk's office for bid results at 405-375-3887.
