The Board of County Commissioners of Kingfisher County is accepting sealed bids for the 6 Month Bid list for Road and Bridge Materials and Commercial Roadway work for all Districts of Kingfisher County. All materials must meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Specifications for Highway Construction, 2009 Edition, and its supplements, as approved by the Department of Transportation. All bids are to be submitted on provided bid sheets, only on the items requested. No substitutions, additions, deletions, or additional information are to be written unless specifically asked for plant location or F.O.B. point; otherwise, such items will not be considered. Successful bidders must be capable of producing a $5,000 Performance Bond upon request and show a Certificate of Insurance, its limits, and Workers Compensation. All bidders must complete a statement of non-collusion/competitive bid affidavit. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This bid is subject to a local bidder law (60 O.S. § 103).
