Site work and paving for a road / highway in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes the labor, materials, and all equipment required to install Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course, in specific UTBWC, Gradation B, PG64-22, SRL-H at six township roadways. Materials to be installed total up to an approximate 30,500 CY. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required to be submitted with the bid. The winning bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond prior to the start of work, with each bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid. Bond shall be issued by a surety licensed to do business in Pennsylvania. Question Deadline 05/27/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions received after will not be acknowledged.
