Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Davis, responses to the University's prequalification documents for a Job Order Contract are sought from prospective bidders for the following project: JOC - ELECTRICAL, Project No: JOC2025-01. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of this Job Order Contract is to provide all labor, equipment and materials for electrical deferred maintenance projects, costing between $20,000 and $950,000 per Job Order. All projects will not exceed a total work value of $5,000,000 per Option Year. The scope will include repair to and/or replacements of existing building electrical systems and fixtures with the possibility of existing hazardous material remediation. The scope may include accessibility improvements and Fire/Life Safety upgrades. Work may require interaction with University's shops' staff during project delivery. Work will take place at UC Davis sites in Yolo and/or Solano Counties. Work on this project does not include any work at any UC Davis leased property, the Primate Center, any project involving federal or other grant funded terms and conditions, or any projects that require the inclusion of Davis-Bacon Wage rates. The Prequalification Questionnaire and associated documents is due at time stated above. However, the University reserves the right to accept late submissions and to request, receive, and evaluate supplemental information after the above time and date at its sole determination. Level 2 interviews will be conducted after reviewing the Prequalification Questionnaire and associated documents for those prospective bidders that achieve Level 1 Prequalification status. The exact dates, times, and location of the Bid Opening will be set forth in an Advertisement for Bids and an Announcement to Prequalified Bidders. The University reserves the right to reject any or all responses to Prequalification Questionnaires and to waive non-material irregularities in any response received. All information submitted for prequalification evaluation will be considered official information acquired in confidence, and the University will maintain its confidentiality to the extent permitted by law.
