The Project site is located at the intersection of River Islands Pkwy and Oberlin Ave, Lathrop, CA 95330. The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to the provisions and installation of a complete traffic signal and all relevant components along with traffic control devices such as signage, pavement markings and traffic striping, and performing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Contract Plans and Specifications. This Project has 45 working days, which shall start on the date noted on the Notice to Proceed. Contractor must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal, no exceptions. Bids are required for the entire project work and shall be made upon the Bid Forms in accordance with the Notice to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the maximum contract price, and a warranty bond for 10% of the maximum contract price. Substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments is permitted under Public Contract Code Section 22300. A complete Subcontractor List form must be submitted with the Bid Proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
