Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Beckley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Raleigh County Commission (RCC) will accept sealed bids for demolishing approximately 11 buildings in Raleigh County. The work scope may include removal/abatement of asbestos materials. This is a drug-free workplace and the Raleigh County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. AB278 2801 RITTER DR, SHADY SPRING, WV 25918 Demolition and removal of 1-level house. Work includes asbestos abatement of asbestos materials (refer to attached asbestos inspection report). Asbestos transite siding is present. Excessive vegetation and tree growth engulfs this structure. CONTRACTOR shall manage this vegetation, and may dispose of such vegetation by piling behind the structure is a safe/stable manner (do not bury).
