Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beckley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and educational facility.
West Virginia University ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") to solicit Bids from qualified firms or individuals ("Bidders") for the following: Construction of the Learning Resources Center ("LRC") Dumpster Enclosure, consisting of steps, retaining wall, pad, fencing, and connections with the existing sidewalk and Minnesota Avenue. Anticipated Contract Start Date March/April 2025 Substantial Completion shall be: July 4, 2025 Final Completion shall be: July 16, 2025 Question Deadline 03/07/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board. The University reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all Bids received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFB. If any Bid is rejected, a written explanation prepared by the CPO, or designee,shall be noted in the Procurement File.
