Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of July 28, 2025, an award has not yet been made. Per the owner, bid results will not be made available until after the award is announced. No time-frame is available for when this project will be awarded. A. The Work included under this Contract consists of the furnishing and installation of all equipment and material necessary and required to form the complete and functioning systems in all of its various phases, all as shown on the accompanying Drawings and/or described in these Specifications. The contractor shall review all pertinent drawings, including those of other contracts prior to commencement of Work. B. This Division requires the furnishing and installing of all items Specified herein, indicated on the Drawings or reasonably inferred as necessary for safe and proper operation; including every article, device or accessory (whether or not specifically called for by item) reasonably necessary to facilitate each system's functioning as indicated by the design and the equipment specified. Elements of the work include, but are not limited to, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, storage, equipment, utilities, all required permits, licenses and inspections. All work performed under this Section shall be in accordance with the Project Manual, Drawings and Specifications and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. Deadline for Submission of Questions: 6/17/2025 at 11:00 AM CST This project continues the trail improvements through the Howard W. Peak Greenway Trails System along Zarzamora Creek from Tierra Del Sol Park downstream to Alderete Park. Completion of the project will extend trail access along the Zarzamora Creek thereby connecting all the westside creeks, including Apache, Alazan, San Pedro and Martinez Creeks, to the San Antonio River Mission Reach project to provide continuous and safe access between the trail networks. This trail linkage will create convenient and safe hike and bike connectivity for residents and visitors to access destinations such as county or city parks, swimming pools, or other community assets. This project is funded by Bexar County through the Bexar County Creeks and Trail Program. Supplemental funding will be provided by City of San Antonio for lighting, reforestation and additional amenities during construction.
