Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) for the 2027 SMP PACKAGE III (Hunters Sun Dr., Gibbs St., Sunrise Terrace Dr.) Project for the construction of approximately 1,899 LF of 8-inch water main and 82 LF of 6 -inch water main via open-cut construction including 73 service relays and approximately 1,315 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer mains via open-cut construction including 5 new sanitary sewer manholes and 58 sanitary sewer lateral replacements for the SAWS Job Nos. 24-5059 & 24-5551. Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders.
