Project is a golf management and academic learning lab building consisting of roughly 15,975 SF. It will serve as a teaching/working lab with classrooms and hands on spaces that serve the golf course functions. A kitchen and dining area will also be included. Construction Cost Range: $9,000,000 to $9,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
