The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, that are deemed to be in the best interest of the county at its sole discretion. All BIDDERS must be properly licensed to do business in the State of South Carolina and must comply with the Code of Laws of South Carolina, including Section 40-11- 200, when applicable.
