The Horry County Solid Waste Authority (SWA) is requesting electronically sealed proposals for the installation of 2 sections of 10 foot chain link fence located at the HCSWA landfill facility at 1886 HWY 90, Conway, SC. Question Deadline 06/30/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions must be submitted via SWA e-bidding software seven (7) calendar days prior to the proposal opening date. All questions will be answered and posted as an addendum in the electronic bid software. All changes in specifications will also be posted in the electronic bid software. All proposers are responsible for monitoring the electronic bid software for any changes or addendums. Any information obtained outside the procurement process, will NOT be considered in awarding of proposal. The SWA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or any one item in a proposal. Work necessary to furnish and install, complete, the Litter fence specified herein, and as shown on the map. The height of the proposed chain link fencing system shall be 10' above ground level. The Horry County Solid Waste Authority is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the installation of 2 sections of chain link fence for litter control purposes.
