Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dickson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: o Mass grading an approximate area of 13 acres to provide a "pad ready site" for a future County Agricultural Event Center. The ultimate intent of this mass grading effort is to provide a uniform surface for consistent/unimpeded surface drainage for an undefined interim period, as final schedules for building construction are presently unknown. Portions of the subject area will be covered with stone to allow for intermittent use during the interim period, and provide a stable surface in proximity to the proposed building for future phases of construction. o Site paving for a short section of driveway, with an area of less than 4,000 square feet. o Selective site demolition. o Limited tree removal/clearing and grubbing. o Driveway culvert and headwalls. o Storm sewer and associated drainage structures. o Post construction phase stormwater detention pond, with outlet works. o Construction phase erosion and sediment control; consisting of silt fence, sediment basin, enhanced rock check dams, culvert/catch basin protection, and final stabilization measures. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and other bidding documents. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening bids. Document Note: No deposits shall be returned after the allotted time.
