Renovation of a municipal facility in Dickson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The following specifications are minimum requirements only, and any brand name is for general specification reference only and can be substituted with an equal or greater product. 1. The roof shall be power washed and cleaned with Rust Off Rust Remover or an equivalent product to ensure that any existing rust and debris is removed. 2. The roof shall receive a prime coat of Encase Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer or equivalent product. 3. All fastener heads and vents shall be caulked with Kwik Kaulk of an equivalent waterproof caulk. 4. All existing seams shall be reinforced with Spunflex fabric in Base Coat, and/or Spunflex Butyl Tape or equivalent product and base coat. 5. Entire roof to be coated at approximately 2 gallons per square foot in white Rapid Roof III Top Coat or an equivalent product. 6. Entire roof shall be covered by a 20 year warranty. 7. Bid price shall be guaranteed for 90 days after bid opening on July 25, 2025. The City of Dickson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises, female owned businesses and minority owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award.
