The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve the Westchester Neighborhood and S.W. Waynedale Neighborhood, by the removal of the existing concrete streets and replacing with new concrete streets. The removal and replacement of select existing sidewalk and drive approaches. Removing existing curb ramps and replacing with new ADA compliant curb ramps. There will be subsurface drainage installed and the replacement and adjustment of existing castings with the restoration of disturbed areas. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0721C as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City.
