The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: This project includes furnishing & installing (34) new Town & Country LED fixtures, aluminum poles, underground wiring and two new power sources. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- RES# 0975N as prepared by Street Light Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. Question Deadline 05/26/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
