The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve Kirkwood Park Addition by completely reconstructing the concrete streets, adding sub-surface drainage, possible drive approach replacement depending on drainage, update existing casting, followed by restoration. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0857C as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City.
