Renovation of an educational facility in Los Gatos, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Full replacement and removal of the Two Boilers located on the roof of the Los Gatos High School. See attached for current boiler information We are looking to begin and complete this work between Tuesday, June 10, 2025and Friday, August 1, 2025 If the cost of the project exceeds $25,000, it will trigger the requirement of a CUPCCAA contract and Performance bond provision. Any questions arising from this walk must be submitted via email to Toby Mockler, Director FMOT, tmockler@lgsuhsd.org before 12pm, 5/26/2025. Any bid protest by any Contractor regarding any other bid on this Project must be submitted in writing to the District to Toby Mockler at tmockler@lgsuhsd.org, at before 5:00 P.M. of the June 2, 2025 business day following the date of bid opening, or the Contractor waives its right to protest. The protest must contain a complete statement of any and all bases for the protest and the Contractor must concurrently transmit a copy of the protest to all other bidders that appear to have a reasonable prospect of receiving an award depending upon the outcome of the protest License Classifications Classification B (General Building Contractor) Classification C-4 (Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting Contractor)
