Renovation of a water / sewer project in Uranium City, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work includes: .1 removal of existing equipment, including mechanical and electrical devices; .2 reservoir improvements; .3 refurbishment of the existing building and structure, including patching and repairs, painting of all surfaces, site improvements, and related building features; .4 installation of all mechanical, electrical, and process equipment, including vertical turbine pumps, ultra-violet disinfection, chemical injection, motor control panel, control systems, and provisions for standby power; .5 provisions for temporary water supply for the community; .6 clean up of site. .7 repair of defects in workmanship and / or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Consulting Engineer. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
