FCI Petersburg is a Federal Correctional Institution located at 1100 River Road, Hopewell, VA 23860. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: "Replace Roofs at FCI Petersburg-Low" The successful contractor shall provide labor, equipment, parts, materials and supplies to replace the flat roofs across the complex. The Statement of Work attachment included with this solicitation announcement will provide complete requirements for the project. Any secure/locked documents uploaded with the solicitation will require an active vendor registration at https://SAM.gov. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. (NOTE: This range is one of eight available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238160 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 Million. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for small business contractors. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the website at https://SAM.gov.
