Air Compressor and Air Dryer Maintenance at Riverside Energy Resource Center & Springs Power Plant Type of Award Lump Sum Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/29/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide a 5-year, comprehensive maintenance service program for all Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor and Air Dryer equipment located at two (2) City of Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) power plants: Riverside Energy Resource Center (RERC), 5901 Payton Street, Riverside, CA 92504; and Springs Power Plant (Springs), 2221 Eastridge Ave. Riverside, CA 92507. Both facilities utilize Ingersoll Rand air compressor and air dryer equipment which play a crucial role in the operation of the eight (8) gas turbine engines. At RERC there are three (3) Sierra-H100 Air Compressors and two (2) HL6001HE0AA Air Dryers which have been in service since 2010. At Springs there are three (3) SSR-EP100S Air Compressors and two (2) TZ1050-EMS Air Dryers that have been in service since 2002. This equipment requires regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. The prospective bidder should propose a comprehensive, preventative maintenance program that includes, at a minimum, the scope of services outlined in Exhibit A utilizing industry and OEM standards for up to five years. To ensure fairness and avoid misunderstandings, all communications must be in written format and submitted only in the format set forth above.
