Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of: Site bmp's. Obtain all necessary permit(s) as required by all governing agencies. Temporary security fencing and/or barricades around work areas. Demolition of, but not limited to: concrete pavement, ac pavement, concrete walks, concrete curbs, planters and plants, and chain link fencing. Provide new concrete walks, curbs, ramps, stairs, handrails, concrete paving for accessible parking, chain link fencing, parking, striping, accessible aisle striping, trench drain. Provide all materials and complete all work as intended in these Plans and Specifications. License required to bid the project: A Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
