Furnishing of all labor, materials, tools equipment, and supervision including, but not limited to: a. Tree removal and disposal from on-site borrow area. b. Placement and grading of approximately 54,117 CY (in place volume) of material. a. Excavation of borrow pit of approximately 41,900 CY of material. b. Placement and grading of existing material from prior contract of approximately 8,693 CY of material. c. Excavation of rail berm of approximately 2,267 CY of material. d. Excavation of approximately 7,949 CY of material for infiltration basins. c. Placement and monitoring of settlement plates. d. Placement of approximately 541 cubic yards of aggregate surfacing over geotextile. e. Erosion Control measures. f. Construction of a retaining wall. g. Topsoil, seeding, and fertilizing. Commencement of Contract shall start within 15 calendar days of written authorization to proceed with Contract Completion thereof on or before OCTOBER1, 2025.
