Signal Poles, Mast Arms, Controller Cabinet, Power Meter Cabinet, and Streetlights Have Been Procured in Advance by the Owner; Please See the Solicitation Documents for List of Owner-provided Equipment. Pre-qualifications Are Required (See Solicitation Documents for Details).
