**As of July 11, 2025, the project was awarded North Valley Inc, with an awarded amount of $322,866.68.** Project Include the Following: Excavation - Subgrade (Ev) 120 Cy Aggregate Base Class 5 210 Tons Aggregate Surfacing Class 5 140 Tons Type Sp9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,b) 2,680 Tons Type Sp12.5 Non-wearing Course Mixture (2,b) 380 Tons Seeding 1.3 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Cash Deposit, or Bid Bond, Made Payable to the City of Nowthen, in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and Further Reserves the Right to Award the Contract in the Best Interests of the City.
