Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anoka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of traffic signal improvements/upgrades, pedestrian/ADA modifications and roadway reconditioning on Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116) from Round Lake Boulevard (CSAH 9) to Hanson Boulevard (CSAH 78). Anoka County is working in partnership with the City of Andover. Signal improvements and ADA upgrades will be performed at the following intersections. Bunker Lake Boulevard at Hanson Boulevard Bunker Lake Boulevard at Jay Street Bunker Lake Boulevard at Quinn Street Bunker Lake Boulevard at Crosstown Blvd (County Highway 18) Bunker Lake Boulevard at Heather Street Bunker Lake Boulevard at Rose Street The project is included in the County 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 23, 2025, project is funded for FY2025, project bid in January 2025 and award is pending. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
