Human Resources and Veterans Services Remodel. 2100 3rd Ave, Anoka, MN 55303 Question Deadline 09/12/2025 at 3:00 PM CT All questions regarding the protest should be directed to: Lindsey Felgate, Purchasing Manager 763-324-1735 or Lindsey.Felqate@anokacountymn.gov Scope:- The project consists of the construction of office renovation, including but not limited to: Interior finishes, Mechanical systems, and Electrical systems at the Government Center in Anoka. Work under this Contract includes: a. Interior Finishes: 1 ) Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions. 2) Floor finishes of carpet. 3) Wall finishes of paint, vinyl wallcovering, tile. 4) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board, gypsum board soffits. 5) Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, wood doors, hardware, glazing, acoustic treatment, signage, miscellaneous specialties. b. Mechanical Systems: 1) Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. 2) Heating including piping, piping insulation. 3) Ventilation to include fan coils, ductwork, duct insulation, drilled water piping. 4) Temperature control system. c. Electrical Systems: 1) Electrical conduit and wiring. 2) Interior lighting. 3) Fire alarm Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 9-22-2025.
