Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in El Dorado, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Question Deadline 06/03/2025 Contractor shall supply all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to demolish existing shower building at Fisherman's Point and install new precast concrete shower building centered on the same location. Finish Floor Elevation to be determined. 1. Contractor shall haul demolished building materials off site. 2. Contractor shall order and place a two-unit shower building, selecting one from two suppliers in Attachment A. Building Texture and Color to be determined. 3. Contractor shall install 12" perimeter footings and additional interior footing(s) if recommended by building supplier. 4. Contractor shall install subgrade utilities to extend 5'-0" beyond building footprint. Contractor agrees, if awarded the Contract, to complete the Work of the Contract within 130 calendar days form the "Notice to Proceed" issued by KDWP Project Manager.
