The selected firm will provide preliminary design services, including but not limited to: a. Site options and evaluation. b. Programming document (lists spaces, square footage, requirements). c. Conceptual floor plans and site layout drawings. d. Exterior sketches/renderings. e. Preliminary project cost estimate and schedule. f. A report summarizing options, trade-offs, and recommendations The District seeks to complete the contracted scope by May 1, 2026.
