M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The following specifications are for the procurement. All items bid are to be factory installed unless authorized by Butler County. (a) Manufacturer standard equipment presumed to be included unless otherwise specified. (c) Butler County will not accept ownership until order has been inspected for compliance with specifications below and Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) has been delivered. (d) Provide all warranty information. (e) Equipment shall meet or exceed the following descriptions. Any additions, deletions, or variations from the following descriptions must be noted by the vendor on the bid response form.
