Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Altus, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: This project will provide a renovated facility to support mission requirements. Project shall include roof replacement, restrooms renovation, replacement of an existing clay sewer pipe, lightning protection, replacement of the fire alarms, fire suppression modifications, service and repair to existing hangar doors, construction of a new egress corridor, install two new fire pumps in existing pump house, new electrical circuits and lighting, and new HVAC. Contractor shall provide a QFPE to certify all fire alarm and suppression related work. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 716 calendar days Subcontractor proposals are due to CCI by NOON, Tuesday, June 03, 2025. Direct all RFI's, bids, and scope letters to the following individuals/emails: 1.
