NO BIDS RECEIVED The Nahas Aquatic Center Equipment Replacement project includes the removal of four turbine pumps, plunge pool sand filter, plumbing piping and valves, electrical equipment, and installation of a new filter, four new in-line pumps, plumbing piping and valves, and electrical equipment for a functioning pool equipment system, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 671-053/066, located at Nahas Aquatic Center, 1101 Porter Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, and other locations directed by the Des Moines City Engineer. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. This project shall be fully completed not later than May 1, 2026. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $255,000.00. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
