See section 3 for detailed specifications. This RFP provides detailed instructions for contractors interested in meeting the requirements of this proposal. It contains the specifications for the services to be provided and the terms and conditions. Guestroom Tower [Rooms & Corridor] a. Wallcovering, Carpet and Rubber Wall Base [OFCI] in the guestrooms/suites and corridors. b. Touch-up of all Case Goods in guestrooms/suites. c. Cleaning of Shower Tile/Grout. Refinish of Shower Floor Pan. d. FFE Items[seating, mirrors, window treatments and artwork] in the guestrooms/suites. e. Painting all of the sleeping area / bathroom ceilings and painting of doorframes in guestrooms/suites. f. Wallcovering, Carpet and Rubber Wall Base in guestroom/suites corridors. g. Painting of ceiling in guestroom/suites corridors.
