The site-work includes clearing of existing trees, vegetation and parking lot improvements, stormwater conveyance, detention, and treatment facilities, fire hydrant relocation, new sidewalks, raised concrete crosswalks, and a redeveloped gathering plaza, parking lots, parking lot lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, fencing, and landscaping. Work also includes completion of the North Parking Lot, including all associated landscaping, lighting, and final electrical work that was not completed in Phase 1 A certified or bank cashier's check payable to the Owner or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid
