**As of August 4th,2025, the project was awarded to Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc., with an awarded amount of $945,114.21.** The purpose of this project is to develop the existing Lipoma Firs Well for municipal production at Site 525, and install a well pump, electrical equipment, and a chlorine injection system to facilitate connection and discharge directly to Zone 2A of the distribution system. The project includes installation of new submersible well pump equipment, column, and discharge assemblies, wellhead foundation, enclosure and any other equipment, fittings or appurtenances as necessary to complete the wellhead facility; electrical conduit and connections to support the new pumping equipment; approximately 35 lineal feet of 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron water main including appurtenances, fittings and valving; installation of one (1) meter and chlorine injection vault, one (1) fire hydrant assembly, one (1) irrigation service assembly, and one (1) water sampling station; site grading; new chlorination and controls buildings; site paving and storm improvements; site lighting; temporary erosion and sediment control; landscaping and general restoration; and startup and testing.
