Cost Estimate: $25k to $30k The City of Caney will be soliciting bids for rehabilitation work at the following properties as part of its CDBG Home Rehabilitation Project: 102 N Fawn, 503 W 3rd, 221 N Wood, and 411 N Fawn. This federally funded project aims to enhance the safety and well-being of the Caney community through targeted housing rehabilitation. This project is supported with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. Federal regulations and contractor qualifications apply. The City of Caney hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
