Site work for a civil project in Woodsfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of replacement of the existing vortex grit unit, improvements to the oxidation ditches including draining / cleaning, replacement of the aeration equipment and adjustable effluent weir and installation and handrail; improvements to the secondary clarifiers including, draining /cleaning, replacement of all internal components, sandblast / painting of the access bridge, replacement of the handrails, replacement of the hydropneumatic tank and all other necessary appurtenances. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standard Provisions and the Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Ratesfor Monroe County, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. ** doc info : The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: E.L.
