Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Woodsfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work includes demolition and renovation of the old Prosecutor's office space to create a new security entrance, office, breakroom, and holding cell in the Monroe County Courthouse, along with the installation of new electrical systems for the proposed space. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to 100% of the bid amount or by a certified or cashier's check amounting to no less than 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. Bidders are required to comply with state prevailing wage rates. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. If bids exceed the estimated project cost by 10%, the owner may opt to rebid the project. Question Deadline 10/24/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
